Very disappointing experience. I was refused care simply because I have a different primary care physician. Poor customer service and no compassion for patients. I would not recommend this office.

Jolie, (not sure of spelling) who oversees referrals and orders, among other responsibilities, falls short in delivering good customer service and personalized support, often displaying uncertainty in her role. However, Brian is commended for his outstanding courtesy.

Dr Perez and his staff have always been so kind and supportive. We have been patients for many years and have never had any issues or complaints or complaints. I highly recommend Dr Perez.

I've been going to Dr.Pepe and Associates/Common Health for many years. They have great doctors and staff. Dr. Adan Hernandez is my PCP. He's very knowledgeable, personable and takes his time with all of his patients. He's the best! The entire office staff and assistants are friendly and helpful! I love Linda at the front desk, Amy the office manager, and Rosie the doctor's assistant! I've known them a long time and they always greet me like a long lost friend. Thank you! If you're looking for good doctors and a staff that truly care about their patients, this is the office to go to!
